We are reading “The Centurion’s Wife” by Janette Oke and T. Davis Bunn. This is a sweeping saga of the dramatic events surrounding the birth of Christianity and also the very personal story of Leah, a young Jewess of mixed heritage trapped in a vortex of competing political agendas and private trauma.
All are welcome to join in on reading this book. It can be found at our local libraries as well as many ebook outlets.

This year’s Better Together Conference theme is “As It is in Heaven”— Thinking on Things Above. The whole conference is intentionally oriented around equipping women to cultivate healthy minds that have a heavenly impact for their home, church and community. (Our theme Bible verse is Colossians 3:1-3). Women across our Network will experience the presence of God through worship, hear from a wise Licensed Christian Counselor and a diverse range of amazing women from our own Wisconsin/Northern Michigan Network.
