LADIES SEWING AN QUILTING GROUP

Ladies, join us Tuesday, May 5th from 10-Noon. We will continue working on quilts for Sleep in Heavenly Peace. No experience necessary, we look forward to helping you get started with this great way to create quilts for those that are in need. Please plan to bring a sewing machine if you have one.

All men are invited to join us on May 14th for an evening of great food and meaningful fellowship at Victoria's Italian Cuisine, 503 W College Ave, Appleton. This is a great opportunity to connect, build friendships, and enjoy time together in a relaxed setting.

Ladies May Book Club

Our next meeting will be held on Friday, May 15th, at 10:00 AM in the cafe. We will be discussing A Common Life by Jan Karon. The story follows the wedding of Father Tim Kavanagh and Cynthia Coppersmith, answering long-awaited questions: Will Father Tim hold it together during his vows? Will Cynthia arrive on time? Who will handle the flowers and the cake? And will Uncle Billy find the perfect joke for the reception?

All are welcome to join us for this fun read. The book is available at local libraries and through various ebook outlets.

This special time of recognition will highlight their hard word and dedication throughout the year. A reception will follow immediately after the morning service--everyone is welcome!

Old-Fashioned Potluck Fellowship (50+ Adults)
You’re invited to a classic church potluck on May 21st at noon that will be filled with great food and even better fellowship!  Bring your favorite homemade dish to share—whether it’s a hearty main course, signature salad, or a delicious dessert.
This will be a wonderful time to gather around the table, enjoy one another’s company, and celebrate community together.

This year’s Better Together Conference theme is “As It is in Heaven”— Thinking on Things Above. The whole conference is intentionally oriented around equipping women to cultivate healthy minds that have a heavenly impact for their home, church and community. (Our theme Bible verse is Colossians 3:1-3). Women across our Network will experience the presence of God through worship, hear from a wise Licensed Christian Counselor and a diverse range of amazing women from our own Wisconsin/Northern Michigan Network.
